Yoga in the Park

Join me for a free outdoor yoga class that is open to everyone, whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. This class will include mindful movement, fun poses, and longer holds to help you build strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness while enjoying time outside with your community.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, laugh, and simply enjoy the practice at your own pace. Bring your yoga mat, some water, and a friend! I look forward to practicing with you!
