RYT-200, Yoga Alliance
I began my yoga practice in a time where I needed both physical and
mental healing. In seeking more holistic practices and healthy
habits, yoga became foundational for my well-being. As a former
English teacher, I fell naturally into teaching others and
interlacing themes told through movement and meditation.
I attained my RYT-200 through Higher Power Healing, developing a foundation in Hatha teaching practices. I began teaching at Triangle Rock Club, focusing on providing a guided practice to meet the needs of a diverse community including rock climbers, veterans, and first-time yogis. My goal is to make yoga both accessible and meaningful: meeting students where they are, and guiding them toward where they want to go.
Vinyasa Yoga
This class will guide you through a series of poses, linking breath
to movement. Through this structured practice, you will experience
breathwork, flows designed to engage the whole body, and a time for
mindfulness.
Partner Yoga
This class is great for your event—bridal parties, etc. Enjoy fun
poses with your besties and an amazing playlist to prepare for a
great day!
Ground with your Grinds
Enjoy a grounding yoga and meditation session with your favorite
morning beverage.
