BIO
RYT-200, Yoga Alliance
I began my yoga practice in a time where I needed both physical and mental healing. In part of seeking more holistic practices and healthy habits, yoga became foundational for my well-being. As a former English teacher, I fell naturally into teaching others and interlacing themes told through movement and meditation.
I attained my RYT-200 through Higher Power Healing, developing a foundation in Hatha teaching practices. I began teaching at Triangle Rock Club, focusing greatly on providing a guided practice to meet the needs of a diverse community including rock climbers, veterans, and first-time yogis. My goal is to make yoga both accessible and meaningful: meeting students where they are, and guiding them toward where they want to go.

Perfect for special occasions like bridal parties, birthdays, or girls' nights, this playful class invites you to connect through fun, supportive partner poses. Laugh, stretch, and bond with your besties while moving to a feel-good playlist in a relaxed, lighthearted setting. No yoga experience needed; just bring your crew and a sense of adventure!
